Welcome to the scheduling page for Invitae's Genetic Results Counseling Service.
Invitae provides telephone genetic results counseling for patients who have completed their testing at Invitae. To be eligible for an appointment, you must have an ordering provider based in the United States, US territories, or Canada.
This appointment will focus on the Invitae test results. For any questions you have regarding health conditions not associated with your Invitae test, please contact your healthcare provider. If you experience any difficulty scheduling an appointment, call (800) 436-3037 for assistance.
Please note:
- There is no additional cost for this service.
- The genetic counselor will call you at the phone number you provide in the scheduling form.
- Interpretation services are available with all genetic counselors in most languages.
